Frenchtown Charter Township has proposed a Multi-facility Site Development Project on a 14.96 acre Parcel  and an adjacent 10.00 acre Parcel owned by the Township, located on N Dixie Hwy. The Project consists of the following Frenchtown Charter Township North Dixie Highway Municipal Center and a Community Center. Bid proposals will be received at the office of the Clerk, Kyle Bryant at 2744 Vivian Road, Monroe, MI 48162 until Thursday, April 13 2023 at 3:00 PM with the bids being open publicly at 3:30 PM. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10:00 AM Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at the Township Hall located at 2744 Vivian Road, Monroe, MI  48162. This is not a mandatory meeting but is highly recommended. Railroad Issues:

Your Frenchtown Township Board of Trustees recognizes how frustrating the prolonged stoppage of trains at Hurd and Sandy Creek are. While we wait for Federal assistance on getting the trains to stop this practice, the Board has implemented an early warning system to try and help residents save time and gas. Instructions below will help you download an app that will allow you to view cameras pointed at the effected tracks.
